At 5:00 PM on June 30, 2021, the FY21 State Fund will be inactivated in iBuy and Banner, and can no longer be used to create requisitions.  Any FY21 State Funds in iBuy profiles must be MANUALLY updated to the FY22 State Fund.  Invoices for FY21 State Funded Purchase Order can be submitted to Payables through July 31, 2021 for processing.

On July 17, all FY21 encumbrances that remain open will be rolled into FY22.

August 31, 2021 is the final date of the FY21 State Fund lapse period.  No additional transactions will be allowed to post to FY21 State Funds after this date.
